An employer covenant review is an objective and independent assessment of the overall financial strength of participating employers in a pension scheme.
This is an area which company pension scheme Trustees are increasingly interested in, particularly in the current financial climate.
Employer Covenant Reviews can be carried out at two levels: desktop review and in-depth review.
We will agree with the Trustee, sponsoring employer or actuary the most appropriate type of review for the pension scheme's circumstances, in advance.
