Steps to success

Apply to join the programme by returning your completed application form to us.

Complete some online numeracy and literacy tests as part of your application.

Attend your first interview with a manager to talk through the role in detail.

Attend a second interview to meet the rest of the team and to chat further.

05

And finally... if successful, we offer you a place on the trainee programme.

 

After each stage, we'll let you know if you have been successful and can move to the next one.
